Indoor and Outdoor Gathering Spaces

Upstairs Den/Living Room: four swivel chairs, 55 inch Artframe TV, couch, and two chairs.

Upstairs Living Room: Fireplace, two swivel chairs, couch, loveseat, and chair to look out the front of the home at the beautiful sunset. 

Downstairs Living Room/Bar Area:  Ping pong/pool and conference table, several tables and chairs, microwave for popcorn, sonic ice-maker, mini-fridge, sink, game closet, 10 folding chairs to sit around the fireplace or use around the house, bar stools, sectional, and 65 inch. TV/soundbar.

Backyard deck: 400 square feet deck (10 x 40) looking over the pool. A great place to enjoy morning coffee and evening visits.

Pool area (seasonal): We are still doing some rennovations in this area. 

Firepit: Enjoy time sitting around the fire pit. Six Adirondack chairs are available along with other bag chairs to use. 

Front porch: A beautiful place to sit and watch the amazing Kansas sunsets.(pics coming soon).
